REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

It is most unlikely that you would be receiving a product that is damaged as we have a strict quality control process.

In an unlikely event if you receive a damaged product you would need to email us on myvedicvibes@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery with a photograph of the damaged product. We would be reviewing the same and revert back to you.

 

Refund will be processed in 7 working day to Source account in case of Online Payments.

For COD orders, We need Bank details to process the payments.
